Commerce Finds No Shipments by Nozawa in PRCB Antidumping Review (2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final no-shipments determination for Dongguan Nozawa Plastics Products Co. and United Power Packaging under antidumping case A-570-886, covering August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022. No polyethylene retail carrier bags were exported by these entities from China to the United States during the review period.
