Commerce Issues Preliminary AD Results for Chinese Aluminum Foil (POR 2021-2022)
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily found that certain Chinese exporters sold aluminum foil below normal value during April 2021-March 2022 under AD case A-570-053. Commerce is also partially rescinding the review for select companies and inviting interested party comments.
