Commerce Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Morocco Phosphate Fertilizers (2020-2021 Review)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results in the CVD administrative review (Case C-714-001) finding countervailable subsidies provided to Moroccan phosphate fertilizer producers and exporters for the period November 30, 2020-December 31, 2021. Final results and revised duty rates are expected following the completion of the review process.
