Commerce Continues AD Order on Fresh Garlic from China After Sunset Review

Following a five-year sunset review, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from China (case A-570-831) would likely lead to continued dumping and material injury to U.S. industry. The AD order remains in effect.
