Commerce Upholds AD Orders on CTL Carbon Steel Plate from India, Indonesia, and South Korea

Commerce concluded expedited fourth sunset reviews finding that revoking AD orders on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and Korea would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The orders (A-533-817, A-560-805, A-580-836) remain in effect.
