Commerce Initiates Circumvention Inquiry, Chinese Garlic Chunks vs. AD Order A-570-831

Commerce is launching a country-wide circumvention inquiry to determine whether imports of small and large garlic chunks from China evade the existing antidumping duty order on fresh garlic (A-570-831). The inquiry was triggered by a petition from the Fresh Garlic Producers Association.
