Commerce Preliminary Review, POSCO CTL Steel Plate from Korea Not Dumped (POR 2021-2022)

Commerce preliminarily finds that POSCO's sales of carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate to the U.S. during May 2021-April 2022 were not made below normal value under AD order A-580-887. Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
