Commerce Extends Certification Deadline for Aluminum Foil AD/CVD Circumvention via Korea & Thailand

Commerce has extended the deadline for exporters and importers to certify entries of certain aluminum foil transshipped through South Korea and Thailand that entered U.S. consumption between July 18, 2022, and March 22, 2023. The extension relates to preliminary affirmative circumvention findings under AD/CVD orders (A-570-053, C-570-054) on Chinese aluminum foil.
