The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative circumvention determination finding that hardwood plywood finished in Vietnam using Chinese-origin face veneer, back veneer, and/or core veneers evades AD/CVD orders on Chinese hardwood plywood (A-570-051, C-570-052). Imports subject to this determination will be brought within the scope of the existing orders and subject to applicable duty rates.
