Commerce Finds Countervailable Subsidies for Bharat Forge on Fluid End Blocks (2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Bharat Forge Limited received countervailable subsidies on forged steel fluid end blocks exported to the U.S. during May 26, 2020-December 31, 2021. The final results of this CVD administrative review (case C-533-894) establish subsidy rates that will affect future duty cash deposit requirements.
