Commerce Confirms Successor-in-Interest for China Wooden Bedroom Furniture AD Order (A-570-890)

Commerce finalized its changed circumstances review finding that Zhangzhou XMB Home Technology Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Zhangzhou XYM Furniture Product Co., Ltd. under the AD order on wooden bedroom furniture from China. Merchandise exported by Golden Well International (HK), Ltd. and produced by Zhangzhou XMB will carry the same AD cash deposit rate previously assigned to Zhangzhou XYM.
