CVD Rate Amended for Hyundai Steel, Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from South Korea (2018)

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in Hyundai Steel Company v. United States (No. 21-00536), finding the original CVD administrative review results not in harmony with the court's judgment. Commerce is amending the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Hyundai Steel for the 2018 review period under CVD order C-580-884.
