The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand redetermination finding that hardwood plywood exported by Vietnam Finewood Co. using Chinese two-ply panels falls within AD/CVD orders on Chinese hardwood plywood; however, the CIT's final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce's original scope ruling, prompting Commerce to amend that ruling. The amendment affects how Chinese-origin two-ply panel inputs processed in Vietnam are treated under AD/CVD case numbers A-570-051 and C-570-052.
