Commerce Prelim Finds Korean Wind Tower Dumping in AD Review (2021-2022)

Commerce preliminarily determined that South Korean utility scale wind tower exports were sold at less than normal value during the August 2021-July 2022 review period under AD case A-580-902. Two respondent companies received preliminary no-shipment determinations, interested parties may submit comments.
