Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on CTL Carbon Steel Plate from India, Indonesia & Korea

Following sunset reviews, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking the AD and CVD orders on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and South Korea would likely lead to recurrence of dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders are hereby continued under case numbers A-533-817, C-533-818, A-560-805, C-560-806, A-580-836, and C-580-837.
