Commerce finalized its changed circumstances review finding that Aekyung Chemical Co., Ltd. (AKC) is the successor-in-interest to Aekyung Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (AKP) under AD order A-580-889 on dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from Korea. AKC will be accorded the same antidumping duty cash deposit rate previously assigned to AKP.
