Commerce, AD Order on Citric Acid from Belgium Likely to Continue if Revoked (Sunset Review)

Commerce preliminarily finds that revoking the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Belgium (Case A-423-813) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. A full sunset review was initiated June 1, 2023 under Section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
