Commerce Confirms Dumping of Colombian Citric Acid in 2021-2022 AD Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-301-803) covering July 2021-June 2022, determining that Colombian citric acid and citrate salts were sold in the U.S. at less than normal value. Final dumping margins established in this review will set AD duty assessment rates for importers during the period.
