Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Chinese Aluminum Foil After Sunset Review

Following affirmative determinations by Commerce and the ITC, AD and CVD orders on certain aluminum foil from China (cases A-570-053 and C-570-054) will remain in effect. Revocation was found likely to lead to resumed dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry.
