Commerce Preliminarily Finds Dumping of Chinese Steel Racks in AD Review (2021-2022)
The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results in the antidumping administrative review (A-570-088) finding that certain steel racks and parts from China were sold below normal value during September 2021-August 2022. Two companies received no-shipment determinations, two were denied separate-rate status, and the review was rescinded for four companies whose review requests were withdrawn.
