Commerce Finds Preliminary Compliance in 2021-22 Review of Mexico Fresh Tomato AD Suspension Agreement

Commerce preliminarily finds that Ceuta Produce and VALHPAC complied with the 2019 Agreement Suspending the AD Investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico for the POR September 2021-August 2022, with only inconsequential or inadvertent noncompliance noted. Commerce also preliminarily confirms the 2019 Agreement continued to meet statutory requirements under Sections 734(c) and (d) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
