Commerce Affirms AD Orders on Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber from South Korea and Taiwan

Commerce concluded expedited first sunset reviews finding that revoking antidumping duty orders on low melt polyester staple fiber (PSF) from South Korea and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. Orders under case numbers A-580-895 (Korea) and A-583-861 (Taiwan) will remain in place.
