Commerce Finds Dumping by Toray Advanced Materials Korea in Low Melt PSF AD Review (2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. (TAK) sold low melt polyester staple fiber in the U.S. below normal value during the August 2021-July 2022 period of review. This finalizes antidumping duty margins under case A-580-895, which will be used to set assessment and cash deposit rates for TAK.
