Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Russian Phosphate Fertilizers (JSC Apatit, 2020-2021)
The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that JSC Apatit received countervailable subsidies during the November 2020-December 2021 review period under case C-821-825. Final CVD rates will apply to U.S. imports of phosphate fertilizers from Russia exported by JSC Apatit.
