Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Indian Aluminum Sheet, Hindalco Found Subsidized (2020-2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Hindalco Industries Limited received countervailable subsidies on common alloy aluminum sheet exports to the U.S. during August 14, 2020-December 31, 2021. The final results apply to CVD case C-533-896 and will set revised duty deposit rates for Hindalco.
