Commerce Finds Turkish Common Alloy Aluminum Sheet Dumped in U.S., AD Review 2020-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-489-839), determining that common alloy aluminum sheet from Turkey was sold in the U.S. at less than normal value during October 15, 2020 through March 31, 2022. Final dumping margins established in this review will set the duty assessment rates for subject merchandise during the POR.
