Commerce Partially Rescinds AD Review on Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from India (2022-2023)
The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding in part the antidumping duty administrative review (Case A-533-840) on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the February 2022-January 2023 period, covering companies whose review requests were withdrawn. The review continues for remaining companies listed in Appendix II.
