Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margin on Korean Steel Wire Rod in 2021-2022 AD Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded its administrative review (case A-580-891) for the May 2021-April 2022 period and determined that carbon and alloy steel wire rod from South Korea was not sold below normal value. The zero-margin finding effectively removes antidumping duty liability for the reviewed exporters during that period.
