Commerce Finds Toyo Kohan Dumped Nickel-Plated Steel in U.S. Market (2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results in the antidumping administrative review (A-588-869) for diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan, covering May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022. Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. was found to have sold subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period.
