Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margin for POSCO in Steel Plate AD Review (2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that POSCO, the sole reviewed exporter, did not sell carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate in the U.S. below normal value during May 2021-April 2022. The zero-margin finding covers AD case A-580-887 and applies to the POSCO single entity.
