Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Pea Protein from China (C-570-155)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination finding subsidized exports of pea protein from China during the 2022 period of investigation. Commerce also made a preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination, with the final CVD ruling to be aligned with the companion antidumping duty determination.
