Commerce Finds Dumping by Indian Flange Exporters in AD Review (A-533-871)
Commerce determined that the Norma Group and R.N. Gupta & Co. Ltd. made sales of finished carbon steel flanges below normal value during the August 2021-July 2022 review period. Final results of this administrative review will set updated antidumping duty rates for these Indian exporters.
