Commerce Continues AD Orders on Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber from South Korea and Taiwan

Following affirmative sunset review determinations by Commerce and the ITC, antidumping duty orders on low melt polyester staple fiber (cases A-580-895 and A-583-861) from South Korea and Taiwan will remain in effect. Revocation was found likely to lead to recurrence of dumping and material injury to U.S. industry.
