Commerce Finalizes AD Review, Turkish Steel Rebar Sold Below Normal Value (2021-2022)
The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded its administrative review (case A-489-829) and determined that Turkish producers/exporters sold steel concrete reinforcing bar in the U.S. at less than normal value during July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022. Final antidumping duty margins will be applied accordingly.
