Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Italian Pasta for 2021 (Case C-475-819)
The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that countervailable subsidies were provided to certain Italian pasta producers and exporters during calendar year 2021. Final subsidy rates established in this review will be used to set CVD cash deposit requirements going forward.
