Commerce Preliminarily Finds EVPL Successor-in-Interest to Elque & Co. Under India Shrimp AD Order

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Elque Ventures Private Limited (EVPL) is the successor-in-interest to Elque & Co. under AD case A-533-840 covering frozen warmwater shrimp from India. This finding allows EVPL to inherit Elque & Co.'s existing antidumping duty rate.
