Commerce Preliminary Finds No Dumping of PC Strand from Thailand (2022 Review)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Thailand was not sold below normal value during the January 1-December 31, 2022 period of review under case A-549-820. Interested parties may submit comments on these preliminary results.
