AD/CVD Orders on Forged Steel Fittings from China, Italy & Taiwan Continued

Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking AD orders on forged steel fittings from China, Italy, and Taiwan, and the CVD order on Chinese fittings, would likely cause recurrence of dumping, subsidies, and material injury to U.S. industry. All four orders (A-570-067, A-475-839, A-583-863, C-570-068) are hereby continued.
