Commerce Preliminarily Finds Taiwanese Mattresses Dumped in US Market, Critical Circumstances Triggered

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative LTFV determination for mattresses from Taiwan (case A-583-873), covering the POI July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023. A preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination was also made, which could enable retroactive application of duties.
