Commerce Prelim Finds Indian Frozen Shrimp Dumped in US Market, AD Review 2022-2023

Commerce preliminarily determined that certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India was sold in the US below normal value during the February 2022-January 2023 review period (case A-533-840). The review was partially rescinded for 164 companies that had no reviewable entries during the period.
