Commerce Confirms Dumping of Korean Utility-Scale Wind Towers in AD Review (2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-580-902) covering August 2021-July 2022, determining that South Korean utility-scale wind towers were sold in the U.S. below normal value. Final dumping margins from this review will set the AD duty assessment rates for subject entries during the period.
