Commerce Finalizes CVD Changed Circumstances Review on Canadian Softwood Lumber, Cross-Ownership Confirmed

Commerce confirmed that Interfor Corporation, EACOM Timber Corporation, Chaleur Forest Products Inc., and Chaleur Forest Products LP are cross-owned entities under the CVD order on certain softwood lumber from Canada (Case C-122-858). The final results maintain the cross-ownership determination established in the January 2024 preliminary findings.
