Commerce Finalizes Rule Strengthening AD/CVD Enforcement and Methodology
The U.S. Department of Commerce is amending its antidumping and countervailing duty regulations to codify existing practices, revise procedures, and enhance methodologies for addressing price and cost distortions and countervailable subsidies. The rule expands Commerce's enforcement toolkit under the Tariff Act of 1930 across all AD/CVD proceedings.
