The U.S. Department of Commerce found that the Government of Mexico and two respondent sugar producers , Compañía Industrial Azucarera and Ingenio Presidente Benito Juárez , complied with the terms of the CVD Suspension Agreement during the January 1-December 31, 2022 review period. Commerce also confirmed the agreement met all statutory requirements for the period.
