Commerce Finds No Dumping by Sudarshan in CVP-23 AD New Shipper Review (India, 2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded its antidumping duty new shipper review for Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited under AD order A-533-838, covering carbazole violet pigment 23 imports from India for the period December 2021-November 2022. Commerce determined that Sudarshan did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period.
