Commerce Finds Dumping in Steel Wire Rod from Mexico, AD Review Final Results 2021-2022

Commerce concluded that Mexican producers/exporters sold carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod in the U.S. below normal value during October 2021-September 2022 under case A-201-830. The review also includes a partial rescission, affecting the antidumping duty cash deposit rates applicable to covered producers.
