Commerce Finds Dumping by Samyoung in AD Review of Forged Steel Fittings from South Korea

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its antidumping duty administrative review (case A-580-904) for the 2021-2022 period, determining that South Korean producer/exporter Samyoung Fitting Co., Ltd. sold forged steel fittings at less than normal value. Revised AD duty rates for Samyoung will apply to entries during the December 2021-November 2022 period of review.
