Commerce Finds ITC Limited Dumped Lined Paper from India, Navneet Cleared (POR 2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded its AD administrative review (A-533-843) for lined paper products from India covering September 2021-August 2022, determining ITC Limited sold below normal value while Navneet Education Ltd. did not. Final duty rates will be assigned accordingly.
