Commerce Affirms CVD Order on Chinese Truck & Bus Tires in First Sunset Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that revoking the CVD order (Case C-570-041) on truck and bus tires from China would likely cause continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The order remains in effect following this expedited first sunset review.
