Commerce Preliminary CVD Results, Russian Phosphate Fertilizers, POR 2022

Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies provided to Russian phosphate fertilizer producers and exporters for the January-December 2022 period of review (case C-821-825). A partial rescission of the administrative review is also included alongside the preliminary subsidy determinations.
